It’s no secret that this festival takes a village to run. Want to join our team? We are actively seeking to diversify our organization. 

As the festival grows, we want to prioritize hiring BIPOC and marginalized community members into paid positions.

Roles include:

• TBF Council & Administrative Staff (e.g. Board of Directors, Project Managers, Grant Writers, Fundraisers, Administrators, etc.)

• TBF Production Staff (e.g. Stage Managers, Curators, Stage Kittens/Sweepers, AV, etc.)

• Partnerships (e.g. Organizations, Businesses, Collectives, etc.)

• Festival Volunteer (All Festival Volunteers will receive Weekend Passes to the Festival, along with many other perks!)
