GET INVOLVED

It’s no secret that it takes a village to run this festival. Want to join our team? We are actively seeking to diversify our organization. 

We seek to prioritize hiring BIPOC and marginalized community members into paid positions as this festival grows.

Roles include:

• TBF Council & Administrative Staff (e.g. Board of Directors, Project Managers, Grant Writers, Fundraisers, Administrators, etc.)

• TBF Production Staff (e.g. Stage Managers, Curators, Stage Kittens/Sweepers, AV etc.)

• Partnerships (e.g. Organizations, Businesses, Collectives etc.)

• Festival Volunteer (All Festival Volunteers will receive Weekend Passes to the Festival, along with many other perks!)
  
  TBF 2026 Stage Kitten Applications will open in late summer.
  
  TBF 2026 Volunteer Applications will open in late summer.
  Please note that due to the high volume of applications we receive, we will not be able to accept all volunteer applicants.
